Answer:
You can submit the synopsis any time, but only after registering for MMPP-001.
This gives you 8–9 months to complete the project before the end of the 4th semester.
If the proposal is received after 6 months from registration, the Regional Centre (RC) is not responsible for timely evaluation.
Once the proposal is complete, the RC assigns a Project Proposal Number (PP No.).
You can use this number to track your proposal.
Q14. What happens if my project proposal is incomplete?
Answer:
If the proposal is missing any required document (approval form, guide bio-data, consent letter, etc.), the Regional Centre will not approve it.
You must complete the proposal and resubmit it.
